IMMERSION Step into a world of connection and surrender with IMMERSION - a guided shibari experience. IMMERSION sessions are blindfolded experiences with an anonymous (and studio vetted) rigger. You’ll embark on a fully immersive experience of rope, presence, and sensation with someone that we trust implicitly as a guide. Once your session concludes, you’ll be escorted to our aftercare space, where you can reflect and debrief in a supportive environment. IMMERSION F.A.Q. Wait, I won’t know who’s tying me? Correct! You’ll fill out a survey prior to the event to share your interests & limits with us. On site, you’ll have face-to-face time with Nora for both onboarding and aftercare, but you won’t see who’s tying you. The mystery is part of fun! What if something goes wrong? Your rigger will always listen to you if you need adjustments, a change, or want to stop. As an additional safeguard, there is a ‘lifeguard’ on deck in the tying space during the sessions. Why blindfolds? Ever gotten distracted wondering what your face is doing? Blindfolds help to focus the experience.
