Just realized something after logging the #f1 movie today in @letterboxd.social .
I have already watched 100 movies so far this year. Rookie numbers but not bad for the first half of 2025.

👻 docker-proxy - docker kept saying ‘port is already allocated,’ but docker ps -a showed no containers. Turns out, stale docker-proxy processes were holding on to ports even after containers were removed. `systemctl restart docker` fixed it.
Got myself a steam deck oled 🤷♂️
Caught a really beautiful sunset today.
#Hamburg
This is pretty nice. 👏👏
It’s your lucky day. Time to make a wish 🥳🥳
Hi Liz. I was at the conference and really enjoyed your talk on 0 days. Was a pleasure. Hope you had a pleasant time in Hamburg. Until next time. 👋🏽
🥳🎉
Congratulations 🥳🎊🎉
Some great quotes I heard in the last two days of watching Welcome to Wrexham.
1. Focus on the action not on the outcome.
2. Everything is temporary, no joy lasts forever. no pain lasts forever either.
If you enjoyed Ted Lasso you will enjoy this.
you couldn’t find some so you did the next most logical thing to do, make it yourself. true hacker spirit 😎
now this is considered a work of art 😎👌🏾
Anyhow. Any interesting accounts to follow near #Hamburg area ? Looking to make my feed more happening for me here at Bluesky
It’s Spain vs Donnarumma at the #EM.
A really pathetic performance by Italy.
TIL about pushd and popd.
Use pushd to navigate to a directory and store it in memory. When you're finished in the new directory, simply use popd to return to the original directory. It's a simple yet powerful tool for efficient directory navigation in the command line.
I just deployed my own syncthing server to keep my macs and other devices in sync using flyio free tier. Super easy to setup with @tailscale.com to make sure only I can access it.
Thanks to this great blog by mtlynch.io

All set to now work with my rpi to build my own LFS. Partitioned my mmc card to have some space for the chroot env, thanks to kali linux and old acer laptop and a live @kalilinux.bsky.social img.
So if you are building an LFS system and just have one linux "host" , it's pretty hard to prepare the base build. A spare macOS is pretty much useless as it doesn't have the tools to work with linux partitions.
I am now preparing a live kali linux disk to try and prepare the partitions.
Prepping up to build my own custom linux distribution thanks to Linux From Scratch project.
