Ok but Indigenous people aren't a "little kitten". I don't agree with a lot of his rulings but his knowledge of our rights means a lot to us. Especially since most people don't know or care about us in this country. I don't appreciate his advocacy being framed as something frivolous or amusing.

Idk about Thomas but Gorsuch has always been a very good ally for Indigenous peoples. His experience on the 10th circuit trained him in federal Indian law which SCOTUS often lacks.

Gorsuch replaced Scalia and was appointed in April 2017. Kennedy retired in July 2018 and Kavanaugh replaced him later that October.
