Reasonable pace😆 According to the other riders in my group, they were struggling to hold my wheel on the flatter sections🚴🏼‍♂️💨💨

…but they were riding on much lighter carbon speed machines😆

In contrast, the fast group averaged about 36kph😬

Chilterns and planes of South Oxfordshire👍 Went well…The Definition and the rider were reliable🚴🏼‍♂️💨🥳👍 Thought I might’ve under fuelled, but managed to get round on 3/4’s of a Nature Valley protein bar, one carbohydrate energy tablet, and about 500ml of carbohydrate mid in my water bottle…riding lean😆
