I don't think it can be fully ruled out yet but the shrine's design is fairly unforgiving and I expect the solution to it (if there is one) is annoyingly difficult
Ya Naga might be the first shrine that isn't possible thanks to how it's built in bounds and out. The closest I've got (thanks to muffin's help) is inside the ceiling next to the cracked blocks but the inability to get a good skew to clip through the floor is a pretty major barrier
