Wait, it feels like we tried this before.
Wait, it feels like we tried this before.
I was in a similar boat and I regret waiting to watch it.
If you have significant hearing loss and spent $6000 on hearing aides, would you wear them, or would you leave them in your bedroom perpetually uncharged?
This is a post about my mother-in-law.
We should be up at least two more at this point.
I swear on everything that is holy in this universe . . . this team is at the bottom of the table. #Celtic
The 17th game of the season doesn’t help either, but I think that is as much symptom as cause.
Sure, but that’s not the reason it’s been so pathetic towards the end of the season the past few years. It’s a bad product at this point because of unnecessary National games, poor planning, and too many games on short rest.
I thought about this as Netflix put in some serious work after the Lions-Vikings game to convince me I had actually watched football games today.
Does anyone use a Microsoft Surface besides people on NFL sidelines?
Quick googling confirmed it is a shirt from Live’s 2024 (!) tour, and I think that’s more disconcerting than I could have imagined.
2024!
Perfect album ✅
And depending on my mood, I could write a dissertation on either side of whether it is a punk album 🤣
There was an old dude at the Buc’ee’s last night with a fairly new “Live” shirt, and I couldn’t tell if it was a Jesus affirmation of some sort or a reference to the band.
The person bleeding out must be relieved.
The whole production is bait snd switch/gradualism. Tariffs are a deliberate attempt to destroy the economy and further entrench corporate farming to create the kleptoligarcracy.
And that’s part of it, everything the current conservative movement is built upon has been in the works for between 30-50 years, specifically the courts and the media.
Another symptom of the illusion of fairness meaning to give each side equal footing as opposed to just fairly and objectively reporting the facts. But this is the narrative conservative media has pushed for almost 30 years.
I’m so used to J. Mascis being gray haired that when I see old Dinosaur Jr. performances, I’m like nah that’s not them.
They can’t even do state media and censorship right. Some fascists they are. Our trains still suck, too.
Stars align, as I’m about 16 issues into that run and just decided to re-queue it up on the ol’ Unlimited for the ride to Florida since I don’t even know where these individuals lay in black hole that is my “office”
Watching the new Knives Out, and I have to say, a dude named Benoit Blanc sounds like he would have more than likely been at been at least culturally Catholic in the Cajun tradition, so that just feels like a weird characterization.
Hamstring injuries take forever. I don’t think they’re right for even months after that. One little tweak and they’re back on the sidelines.
Yeah, I feel like he can’t keep it together for more than a month. It’s been like this for years it seems. I’m more surprised when I see him than when I don’t
Well said. Had this come in the Dundee Utd. or St. Mirren matches, I think we’d be feeling a little better. I think we could have compartmentalized Roma and Hearts, even if we weren’t happy about it. But those two after them, wooof. It’s all cautious optimism now, isn’t it?

But he isn’t doing that, is he? A critique of religion is well-deserved, but that’s not the angle he’s taking, is it?
No one ever had to apologize for being white. What he’s saying is that no one has to apologize for being a white supremacist, which, to be fair, was only marginally enforced for about 20 years anyhow. Remember when it was bad to be a racist? Ah, the good ol’ days.
And, frankly, I think there is a solid difference between a Gospel-based ethics and a Christian theocracy. I think his point is that they’d actually be mutually exclusive.
I think what he is saying - and perhaps this is tomato/tomahto - is that if people acted like Christians these would be the policies we’d have. I think he’s more calling out the hypocrisy than saying to base the laws on one’s religion.
Instagram post from sportjoe.ie proclaiming Martin O’Neill set for dramatic return as Celtic manager.
So how we doing with this whole charade?
Yes, I think you’re right. Honestly, I’ve no hope of seeing any of them any time soon. I was mostly screaming into the void 🤣
