I just read all of these comments in the same accent of the mountain boy who said "PBR?! Dass a gewd burr" when his friend was talking about getting crunk off of Pabst Blue Ribbon. That is literally one of two memories I kept from my time as Trap & Skeet Club Treasurer.
And of course the FB comments are people who are like "wEll i jUmP in thar aLL da tyme n i nEvEr hUrT mYsELf" in addition to people who clearly didn't read the article to understand why it's negligence.
Their employees are paid $9/hr so no wonder there wasn't one around to help her.
Honestly, $50K is not enough compensation. Get Air's attorneys would be wise to settle before Taddy's attorney ups the ask.
It's been over 7 years since the original waiver was signed. The injured party is an adult now. I am dumbfounded that the attorney thinks this is a good argument.
"Get Air claims that prior to the incident, Taddyβs mother had signed a waiver on her behalf in 2018 for all future visits in which she agreed βnot to sueβ the franchise or its parent company for any claims or liabilities." WOW.

According to Google translate, it's not made up and is actually Indonesian
I've heard that AI just makes things up if it doesn't know the answer but making up a new language seems extreme
Jk there isn't a bus to my office at all on weekends. Which makes sense because what on Wampanoag Trail is even open on Saturdays.
Real talk though: if any experienced bicyclists have tips to ease my anxiety about biking to work, I will take any and all.
Biking could be fun. I'm not an experienced cyclist though so probably not the safest option. Still tempting.
Saturday is equally a struggle because the bus doesn't run early enough for me to take it to work on Saturdays.
If you see someone with like 80 lbs of bread on the R Line on Friday, say hi. It'll be me.
(My truck is mad at me)
I was feeling really good about this week and then today happened and we've done $14 in sales.
But the animal protein seems excessive and is a great reminder that "Use It or Lose It" just encourages wasteful spending.
So the doughnuts sounds crazy but tbh not super unreasonable in the grabd scheme of things. The Apple devices are not a surprising purchase because upgrading tech is a common go-to when you have to exhaust a budget.
I'm simultaneously mad and impressed.
For those curious about the math on the doughnuts, that's approximately $5/employee. Assuming they bought Dunks, every employee had 3 doughnuts each. This is also assuming I'm good at math.
Wait why are we done boycotting Target?
But like think about it
We could do it outside of my store so foot traffic for me
We could do it on a Sunday, which PVD needs
Me: let's have a hiatus and close PFM for June-August
One week later
Me: Fox Point Farmers Market?!
DOGE said it was cutting government waste.
So they gutted USAID β the agency that feeds starving people around the world.
Meanwhile the Pentagon spent millions on lobster, ribeye, and even a $98,000 piano.

And especially as a woman. There is an art to being respected as a female leader from both ends of the ladder and I'm envious of the women who master it.
I'd rather have her over McKee for that reason alone but I wish I could vote for someone I can at least pretend to trust.
In addition, how can we trust the former CEO of a major for-profit healthcare corporation to support affordable healthcare initiatives and small business?
I think it's time that we use Reese's Pieces to lure him into a trap and then sent him somewhere far away. Like in Family Guy. It's the Rhode Island way.
So this is fun: Vital Farms (whose eggs are $8-12/dozen at WF) is being boycotted by their target demographic for being high in Omega-6, which I guess implies that the chickens are predominantly eating corn and soy. These eggs are now available for a fraction of their retail price at Hope Market.
"Do you suffer from seasonal depression?"
Yeah, all four of them.
Taking 8 million years to respond to an email because I'm trying not to tell this customer that their expectations are unrealistic.
And both are farmer's market related and in person and neither can be rescheduled
I double booked myself for Wed and now I'm kicking myself because both meetings are important
5. Yes, pot holes and whatnot are a more urgent needs imo but this city moves slowly and this has taken like forever as it is
