Currently helping an elderly family friend figure out if an email is a scam (which it obviously is) and hey, people who make mobile email apps, it's a dark pattern to not make the email address of the sender visible without needing to click on the little arrow thing.

There is a bot net trying to spam 1-click login requests to Microsoft Authenticator app using scraped email addresses trying to trick users with passwordless 1-click login enabled to approve them without realizing it. I recommend disabling this MFA feature & using normal 6-digit auth code method!
