The perennial question to community radio broadcasters. How many listeners do you have? "RAMS" offers a solution, with some catches. Can we learn from the Podcast industry?

Congrats to MônFM, from what I heard yesterday they are serving a need especially in local Welsh language programming.
I have actually appeared on the station (in a decidedly non award-winning interview) on a visit back in 2012 in their pre-permanent Community Radio licence online broadcasts.
Overall a very good day.
Finally back over the chilly Pennines home.
Narrowly missed out on having to make any speeches, with Gold's going to some other worthy winners, but still some great recognition for my colleagues at @oldhamcommunityradio.com @allfm.bsky.social @wfmradio.org
