Sometimes, given the choice between something I know I love and something I've never had before, I opt for the unknown, so that I can experience something new and different.

The thing of it is, I usually end up regretting that decision.

The lyrics to that "Happy Holidays" song always sound sarcastic to me. "It's the holiday season! Hoop-de-do! Dickory dock! Oh, and by all means, whatever you do, DON'T FORGET to hang up your SOCK."

Man, whoever came up with the idea of aging beverages in receptacles that used to have other, different kinds of beverages in them really changed the game.

No one gets mad when SNL repeats sketches...

Winston Churchill wrote: "Those that fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it."

Some among us read that as: "If you want to repeat history, first you have to stop people from learning it."
