My incremental factory game [graph_harvest] is out now! This was a fun solo project, I'm really happy with how it turned out.
Consume a world of shapes as you build a portable node-based factory to rack up bigger and bigger numbers!

highly recommend, it was pretty fun/easy and I usually don't like messing with hardware
If you're interested in building one, these are based on the design by @eastsideurbanism.org
I'm not sure how tarrifs will affect the price, as I ordered all the parts a couple months ago, but hopefully it's still fairly affordable to build

So I made the third (broken) panel display my blood sugar in the center, something I've been wanting to make a physical display for anyways, so things worked out :)
I would like to add a cute little BG chart eventually, but it seems like it'll take a bit more effort than just displaying a number
I originally intended mine (the one at the top) to only be two panels wide, but I obliterated several rows of pixels while putting it together, which meant I needed to buy a new panel anyways
Two dot matrix displays showing arrival times for upcoming buses and trains
I put together some open source transit arrival displays for me and @caeden.dev!
guess what we did
demo is out now.

It's mostly inspired by these
World's tiniest desktop pets, a VERY impressive ludum dare entry you should check out:

I am going to try posting my projects here more often!!
Recently, I've been experimenting with a program that randomly turns your windows into sand
I should probably start posting here huh
And we're done!

Mounds of trash and fences assorted into a landfill map, with a few valuable items strewn throughout.
The backrooms - endless beige walls and overhead lights akin to an office, with a nonsenical layout.
A scene of a cargo ship viewed from next to the railing. The deck is covered in stacks of metal shipping containers, one open and containing a painting, and rolling water is visible in the background.
The same scene as the last, this time viewed from the air so as to give a better look at the crates and the helm of the ship.
Elsewhere in the project: The maps are really coming together! I threw some different post-processing on each environment to help them have their own feel.
We now have a beautiful cargo ship map, made entirely by @bobbie.dev! Those waves in the background are animated, btw. Looking amazing!
