I'm very diligent about curating what I see so it's entirely art related on bsky, while on YT it's gamegrumps/essays/sciency stuff on and blocking shorts with an extension.. it helps prevent me shutting down from seeing that stuff, but I'm probably still frying my brain by scrolling at all
