The "I will never use your service and tell others not to" tends to work pretty well.

Example: I got my ISP to give me 5x the speed for the same price by saying I'd switch provider, since it's less costly than try to attract a new customer. 👍

This is mostly stuff I've had to learn myself and what I've been told by my specialist nurse that I see once a year to keep tabs on my blood sugar ("pre-diabetic", I have T2 but manage with pills).

I've managed to go from 125kg to ~103 in about 3 yrs through slow, steady portion control. :>

It also kinda depends on what you want to achieve, I used to be of the impression that working out = best way to lose weight, but it isn't.

To lose weight, portion control and keeping tabs on intake is far more important, but there too you should go at it gradually. :>

I'm no expert but from what I've been told and what I've read, it's usually best to ramp up slowly and build a habit instead of going all-in at once, especially if your body isn't used to it. Otherwise you might end up hurting yourself.
