My Inuyasha collection from Highschool

Was just talking about doujinshi collections with a friend and wanted to show them off to the world as well lol. The jewels IMO are the Watchmen ones and my one Nygmobblepot (the most unfortunate ship name) book haha

He keeps saying “my memory isn’t damaged, it’s just tired” and I’m like “well, you gotta flex the muscles, man” lol the important thing is he’s delighted by my Pirate Programming haha

Gonna watch Black Sails on my own tho, never saw it and people said it was good! (I was too invested in Vikings at the time to get into it then haha)

My dads short term memory has been shaky lately, but I’m getting him back into serial shows with plot to follow and I think it’s helping him, just by forcing him to keep track haha (we just finished Netflix One Piece and we’re moving on to Our Flag Means Death cause I’m in a pirate mood lol)

Those wings are so cool but also I can’t imagine how cumbersome they are to wear, bless this person haha

For the unfamiliar, The City Between is supernatural shorts in the same city. Like The Better to Find You With is about a werewolf and a veterinarian team up to solve a small town mystery

Ok I finished. Considering they had to wrap up the entire epoch in 6 episodes, they certainly did that. There’s bits I can see make sense in a way but boy howdy was it frustrating and unsatisfying and I can’t imagine how fans of the books must feel.

So much seemed to happen just ‘cause why not

Alright, I’m into season 8 of my Game of Thrones rewatch and I’ve passed that point of “this is bad but I’m still having fun” into “this isn’t even fun anymore”

What a waste. How much of this was stuff planned for the books and sloppily applied and how much was just bad winging-it?
