You'll just have to host a microservice following a standard API endpoint and which can be hosted anywhere, and you'll be able to choose to expose a local LLM you're hosting like Llama or even proxify your own subscriptions to openai, mistral, deepseek, anthropic, whatever
Of course for onprem you get your own subscriptions to the various LLM providers and very soon we'll have an easy way to onboard external adapters even on the SaaS version
