I made four things for dinner but I forgot to take pics of two of them because juggling four Indian recipes is a lot of work.

Mattar paneer came out great, though probably could have diluted it a bit more to make it more of a runny sauce.

Anyway it was a potluck and I made “char siu chicken” that turned out pretty great! The marinade was hoisin, tamarind, ginger and five spice.
