(No shade to Silksong, I've heard it's amazing and I'm glad that there are tough games for people who want them. But I just cannot relate I guess LOL)
I feel this so much... I finally played through most of Hollow Knight and the game is gorgeous but for me it was so frustrating. I remember talking about it and getting the response "well just wait until you play Silksong... it's so much harder!" Am I supposed to want that??

Also, stars with 6 points are main levels that progress the story, and stars with 4 points are little bonus levels called "satellite systems" that might just have cool visuals or a fun little puzzle teehee (though there will be indicators other than just the star's points)
You do have to 'unlock' stars (so no skipping to the end-game one as soon as you boot up the game...) but what's cool is that each star/level exists in 3D space and you can see all of them in the sky from any star!
I really want more space games to do this.......
Instead of a level selection screen, my game Staraway has a magical telescope. You can point it at stars in the sky and warp to them :3 #gamedev
