Indian or Indie? My favorite Indian foods are Tikka Masala, Biryani, Tandoori Chicken, Butter Chicken, Garlic Naan, I even like Gulab Jamin although they can get disgustingly sweet.

I LOVE Indian food.

Indian food is FIRE! Ten years ago, in Los Angeles, they even tried a simplified menu at a place called Urban Masala… it was kinda like the Subway or the Chipotle of Indian food… order at the counter, assembly-line style. All they served was Chicken Tikka Masala… but even THAT was good.
