"Will be delivered home yesterday"
Har posten funnet opp tidsreiser? Jeg var mildt sagt overrasket da jeg sjekket telefonen min i dag: "Will be delivered home yesterday"

Sometimes you just gotta have a giant ice cream thingy. I'm always so sad you can't get these things in Norway.
Veste Niederhaus was a pretty awesome fortress with a really well kept old chapel. Neat!
Seen on top of a castle tower: "Danger - risk of falling!" No kidding
How about a Japanese paper and shadow exhibition in an old Bavarian castle? Found this gem of an exhibit randomly at "Veste Niederhaus" castle in Passau - and now I want lamps like these...
A small stay close to Passau. It was an Airbnb but the building had been been in use since 1425. The area was very nice.
And even in the middle of nowhere in Austria (close to Melk) I found AMAZING food. The "Marillenknödel" were to die for.
If you tell me to imagine a building matching the word "monastery" I would not come up with the splendor of Melk - what a crazy building.
I had a regrettably short visit to Prater in Vienna, basically a in-city theme-park. The atmosphere was pretty amazing - absolutely coming back here.
A siege-hedge-trimmer observed at Schönbrunn.
Schönbrunn summer palace. "Lord, how much backyard do you want for your palace" Lord: "yes".
At some point I saw a sign pointing to something in the gardens saying"21 min walk", it's massive.
Being sick 6 days of a 10 day Vienna trip was... unfortunate. And the reason my posts stopped. I'm alive again and will backfill in stuff again.
My tastebuds are clearly Austrian. This country's got soups, it's got delicious sweet pastry, it's got cafe breakfast and it's got CAKE. Where has all this food been all my life?!
On the trip from Prague to Wienna we just randomly stumbled upon this absolutely amazing-looking town #just-central-europe-things
Visit in Prague ended with some fantastic food. Quite the feast!
Was shown around the Jewish part of Prague by a friend of the family. Pretty surreal experience with all the stuff going on in the world right now.

Fancy ice cream in Prauge. Blue was apparently colored by algae - was pretty decent!
2/2 the not so stunning city of Prague. How about some historic Starbucks, Hard Rock Cafe or Thai massage. Oh and TOURISTS.
1/2 the stunning city of Prauge. It kind of reminds me of the old town in Kyoto. You get totally immersed in history.
Found a vending machine with local goods at Königstein. Did buy some chocolate milk - can report that it was delicious.
Köningberg fortress in Sachsen on the way to Prague. Some pretty wild hights and dizzying scales. Absolutely stunning. Weather did suck though.
Pictures from the Museum of military history in Dresden. Extremely comprehensive exhibit. And if I read the plaques correctly the last picture is a Patriot launcher and a PZH-2000.
"The Mathematisch-Physikalischer Salon" a really impressive collection of scientific instruments and clocks. This has to be some of the most intricate and impressive museum i have seen in ages. Absolutely worth a visit. Just look at all that... stuff!
The old town of Dresden is pretty amazing. Impressive stuff that has been restored and rebuilt, well worth a visit!
"Rest Area - please keep clean" nailed it.
Two surprising things found at petrol stations in Germany. I find the combination of gin, cannabis and petrol station rather odd.
