I think it's really important to recognize that World War I wasn't a decision that was made to go to war; it was a bunch of small decisions being made at a variety of levels, for a variety of reasons, that quickly got out of control and ultimately resulted in tens of millions of deaths.

Weird, don't think there's enough here to draw any conclusions, but if that's CW, I can't follow it at all (granted I'm terrible and it's a short clip). Since the war started, a new Farsi numbers station has come online and I wouldn't be surprised if there's less formal traffic being sent as well.
