At well timed moments in user interaction ask users if they like the service, if yes ask them to do an appstore/trust-pilot/.. review. When no, guide them to your own contact form. Will do wonders for review scoring.

As a developer been most happy with AWS SES and ses templates. Git repo template management. Scripted send outs. So depends how you get your templates and how you manage email list. Just scripts, APIs and git and SES was allowing me to send millions of emails per hour. You need limit raise from AWS.

Sometimes using managed services has benefits. Kafka cluster doing some healing sessions with AWS today, without any interruption to workloads or needing to do any work ourself.
Hoping this bluesky thing keeps going now.. the only other place after meltdown of twitter seems to be LinkedIn feed. Which has too much company marketing/sales/ai/look at me posts. Still missing Gregor Hohpe, infoq here.
