Understood. But when I add in New Jersey turnout (both primaries and general), special elections, WI Supreme Court, everything points to Dems picking up 5 to 7 on the margin.
Texas is at the high edge of that.
And the same on the GOP side since 2012. I don't favor Talarico in November, but my best is that it's closer than 2018 (Cruz over Beto by 2.6%).
