i always enjoy a sensible chuckle at the sight gag of the peasant round being $5.80
…but I want to try some of these things now, too. And puzzles, getting stuck into a good book or doing a puzzle to keep the mind busy. I think the running/gym thing is good, too, because the winter months feel so awful when they make you think you can’t move your body 😕
Thank you for asking this question! Navigating similar issues myself at the mo. Loving some of these answers. I think in the past (prior to being diagnosed), the things that helped me the most were putting up fairy lights (way before Christmas), going for walks through crunchy leaves, hot chocolate
Something that I do love about working from home is the ability to do an impromptu dance to an absolute TUNE while writing ✍🏻🎵🎧🪩 and no-one but your intrigued (and slightly concerned) husband is there to judge 😅

It’s weird, but I found working on a plane - in a crowded middle seat - of all places a really good place to work 😅🤨 there are no distractions (for my brain, at least - there are tons all around). You can stick some noise cancelling headphones on and just plough on through…
