I really need to get a system like this in place. Do you dividers inside the trays? Or did you group similar but different size blocks together by color?

An interesting question from a co-worker the other.
Quite simply, I purposefully make time for it. It’s important to keep my skills up, learn new things, but also to use the opportunity to mentor and work with younger engineers.

I think every project of mine has ~20 commits to the tune of “trying to make CI work” at the very beginning. 😂

I’ve been spending some spare cycles the last week working with OTEL for Java. Kind of weird this is my first time doing AOP when compared to how much BPF I’ve written.

Ooooh. Good way of building community. Started in Defense making oracle 10g clusters fly on airplanes into staff aug consulting into build tooling, cloud and containers (pre-docker). Then onto building platforms for Fortune 50 with @danveloper.bsky.social and finally the leap into leadership.
