On @pablo.show I talked about the limits of generative AI, and why the brainstorming process—which LLMs mostly eliminate, imo—is fundamental to doing *good* work.

I’m shocked that the people who have lowered their standards to fawn over LLM-generated code are supporting the amoral behaviour of Anthropic. They speak of “using AI to… defeat our autocratic adversaries” and then work with the autocratic US govt 🙄

Wild to see Anthropic openly admitting to war crimes: “Anthropic has therefore worked proactively to deploy our models to the Department of War” and now children are dead, you ghouls.

Skill issue, but not in the way LLM fans flatter themselves to think
