I think this is how they want to call it, but it’s difficult to police because yes, Ek was there first, but long before the collision he knows that Suzuki will be coming backwards towards that spot, so he put himself there to interfere, but the refs are looking at other things till just before that.
I’m not a believer in “the refs are after us” but the coincidences with this ref are starting to stack up.
