Tonight's grub...
A beautifully rich Beef Stifado (slowly cooked for 5 hours). Served with baby potatoes lightly roasted in olive oil, thyme and lemon and green beans. Plus some warm crusty bread too. Might have been accompanied by a couple of glasses of a fruity red π·
