Every single day I was amazed by the empathy, care, and positivity Belinda brought to her work and everyone she collaborated with. She is such a rare treasure of a human and any team would be so lucky to have her.

Belinda is the most incredible writer, teammate, and friend anyone could ask for. It kills me that we won't get to work together anymore. But if you'd LIKE to hire us both....

I've been so lucky to count Belinda as my friend before she was my co-worker, and it destroys me to lose her like this. She is such an amazing, thoughtful writer, and was such an immense well of positivity on our team.
I love her dearly, and you should absolutely snap her up as soon as you can.

That meant we built a team full of caring, supportive people who could be vulnerable and take risks and create truly amazing stories together. I could be confident in my writing because I knew a group of incredibly talented writers had given me the support I needed to make something great.

The narrative team at Crystal? My dream people.

We often joked that our team was where traumatized writers came to heal. @jstafford.bsky.social set the tone early: when we were hiring, we would look for writers who were better than we were and knew the job was not our life.
