I was not sure if you crosspost only so I tried both. It is rather annoying thing esp. during reboots on same machine setups. Fails at first as expected because of not ready db yet and after 15 min fails with 500 because of internal errors of pool connections. Easy to replicate. Thanks

@thatjeffsmith.com maybe it is time for #oracle #ords to correct the behavior of faulting initially with status 571 and later with 500 when starting and database is not ready to accept connections. Reset the connection pool and retry, not burn in flames. Usual problem when rebooting.
