a country where elections are always lesser-of-two-evils is not much of a democracy and you can't morally demand people participate in that kind of system, it's bullshit and americans are finally starting to smell it
the united states does not have compulsory voting and even if it did people would still be within their rights to spoil their ballot instead of being forced to choose between candidates they don't like, hope this helps
