After our major release milestone I've been working on a couple of features but with summertime in this part of Europe things usually slow down a little. But we're still on track.

More customization is the biggest takeaway from this update.

I've been recently playing with the idea of adding notion like capabilities to Glint, enabling kanban and docs at the very least, allowing teams to run sprints and manage docs internally, planning a trip with your friends or sharing a grocery list.

Pro-tip (or maybe unpopular opinion?): you don't need to have an active following on any social media to have a successful online startup. I have two startups that are doing great yet I was never a social media guy. If it doesn't feel right - don't waste your energy on that.

You could place a very large image element for now. I am introducing zones next which will act as large backgrounds that have the ability to isolate elements and more.

Agreed, definitely felt like a theme although I did it myself. I felt like I wanted to get it out sooner than later, but after looking at it some more I knew I wouldn't have a good night's rest until it's redesigned. Thanks for the feedback!

Cheers! That was my issue with it too. It was live for nearly 3 hours and I decided to do a redesign ASAP. It felt wrong for many different reasons and I'm very happy with how it turned out now.

I know I've been very vocal about Glint lately as I'm about to get it public soon, but it's crazy how many famous artists we serve via Upstream.so. Like literally some of the most famous musicians, cartoons, brands or personalities in general. Love it! And I love what we do at Upstream.

Also I love the transition between the blog and blog post. 🤩
