Ryo sure is a Good Samaritan and if someone is in trouble and needs help, he's always there for them no matter their age, sex, size, race, social status, or what group they belong to, he views them as equally deserving of help and assistance no matter what!

The intro cutscene of Shenmue 2 never fails to amaze me with how epic and immersive it feels and took the realistic but still small setting of Dobuita, Yokosuka, Japan and expanded it to the much larger Hong Kong, Wan Chai, China and makes you feel lost.

I had a dream last night where there was a fan theory that Lan Di was Wongβs father. It was such a vivid dream, and there were all the compelling arguments I read on here
Of course, just a dream, but I had loads of fun in the dream reading the discourse because #Shenmue lore is so rich
It's not really confirmed from the Shenmue series itself nor has Yu Suzuki even said it himself but I personally and strongly believe that a lot of Ryo's character traits fall in line with autism and he might be on the spectrum himself.

Two previously-lost #Sonic keitai minigames and the original i-mode version of Sonic Jump were preserved by @yuvi.app! The minigames are Sonic 7 Narabe and Sonic Reversi Hyper. Sonic Jump was later released for Western phones, but the original keitai version was lost until today.

Ryo and Guizhang have one of the most interesting friendships in Shenmue and they come off like rivals who can't stand each other for one minute but deep down, they do care a whole lot about the other and the 70-Man Battle proves that very fact.
