TLC is launching TGI RISE (Resources, Investment, Support, Equity), a funding opportunity for orgs serving TGI communities across LA County.
Selected orgs will receive no less than $200K in capacity-building support.

A few months ago, Gavin Newsom was publicly affirming support for trans and LGBTQ+ people. Now the language has shifted to being more “culturally normal.” That shift isn’t subtle and we notice it.
