You could print it, but it's not designed with print in mind. There are some products that are designed with print in mind like agendio.com/customizable..., but they're generally a lot pricier

Just-a-pdf is correct, and if you need calendar sync, it probably won't be a good fit. But having it in a single pdf has a couple other advantages vs an app:
* easy to backup and archive your data
* device independent. Change tablets ? No problem, export the pdf and resume it on the new one
