Given the percentage of the population with adhd or ASD do you think there may be a population of staff who are either undiagnosed or don’t feel able to disclose this. It feels like there should be more ND teachers in the work force already.
It's amazing how having lived experience changes everything. I think it's the frustration of many parents when school don't understand things in the same way that they do.
