IMPORTANT CAMPAIGN UPDATE:
With Trump’s regime accelerating attacks on our constitution and our neighbors, my team and I have made the difficult decision to suspend my campaign for City Council to focus on fighting Trump’s authoritarianism and defend our communities.
Minneapolis was the first city and Minnesota was the first state in the country to protect trans people. I will not let Trump or anyone else take those protections away. Thank you to @agellison.bsky.social for fighting back.
Proud to join with so many today to fight back against the discriminatory bill that MN Republicans are trying to pass. HF 12 only serves to target, bully, and discriminate against trans kids and it will open up all kids to harassment and invasions of privacy.
Sam Nordquist deserved so much better than this. He deserved to live a full life. Trans people deserve to live and thrive. We all deserve to live our lives as our authentic selves without fear. Rest in power, Sam.

Minneapolis and Ward 3 community members deserve transparency and accountability from our government. Together we can achieve that with new leadership in Ward 3.
A group that is embroiled with sexual abuse charges and has a history of peddling in far right extremist Q Anon conspiracy theories should have never even been considered for a partnership with the city.
The reporting around the organization Our Rescue over this past week highlights the serious concerns that many of our residents in Minneapolis have had when it comes to addressing comprehensive public safety.
