I think it's also important to teach people that his first role in "elected" office was his *appointment* to the San Francisco Board of Supervisors by Willie Brown when the seat was empty. He'd *never* be governor without that job being handed to him.
To answer your question, no. He's appeared on a nazi podcast and stated he was a big fan. He's disparaged black people and women. He's posed for photos with an obvious nazi. And those are just the things that have come out *so far*. If we make him our candidate, we are completely fucked.

Totally. I'm glad to be out of Texas but I miss it a lot and we got to experience beautiful aspects of so many cultures by living there.

The cop yelled again”WHERES THE GUN” and he replies calm as could be “Well, my own personal weapon is underneath the bed” and then they hauled him away. Turns out he had a prior record for trying to shoot his girlfriend but the gun jammed!
When a cop showed up to investigate, my neighbor shot at him, triggering the standoff. When the cops finally entered and screamed for his gun, he replied calmly “Gun? What gun?” 🙃
I woke up at about 5am and heard a bunch of men outside my apartment door and then heard one of them yell “WHERE’S THE GUN?”. I didn’t get the full details until later but he had put a target on his wall, started shooting at it and then started shooting at the *convent* across the street. (Con’t)
