Hey, this is wonderful!
Congrata!
@readthesparrow.bsky.social hey, thanks for the kind note on 'what we owe the dead' you posted :) you might be happy (?) to know that another case for Elevii is almost ready (well, only a first draft at this point, but will come out around the end of the year).
Is there a preferential way of doing so? Email? DM? Thank you :)

Want to know more about what we owe the dead (in their roles as players), and the problematic ethics of deadpool games? I've got you covered with this new article of mine! Have fun! #gamestudies
Both my latest novel ('What We Owe the Dead') and my most recent article ('Playing with the Dead') question the ethics of the generation of mimetic models.
In my texts, I argue that the ethical choice would be that of letting the dead remain dead. Just in case anyone needed a counterpoint to this.

Generative AI is the production of synthetic content based on existing content. It's, almost by definition, a zombie technology, and turning us all into online zombies, neither alive nor dead, endlessly churning out content, is its perfect use case

Looking forward to hearing what your thoughts are :) Maybe a walk next week? :)
Hey thanks! The same to you on all your achievements and successes (personal and otherwise) :D
If you find the time, please let me know if this article was something for you ^^
Hi! I have a new, quirky article out on how games use and represent the dead, but also on deadpool games, & the strange case of the #Fantamorto (an Italian fantasy sport).
