Hugely entertaining (and perfectly legal) until it gets shot down by some yahoo with a rifle.
Maybe the reason pilots flying under visual rules have to "see and avoid" other air traffic, is because there's *a lot* of other air traffic. Maybe NJ is in the busiest airspace in North America.
Or it's UFOs mimicking FAA regulation nav lights. Hard to say.
