This is cool @marckohlbrugge.com!

One suggestion - you could make a Share button that exports an image and writes a skeet

This was great thanks for sharing Arvid!

This was something I hadn’t considered before

β€œYou might even want to think of pre-scoring your customers for how likely they are to be one of those larger opportunities and have multiple β€œtrial limit groups” to accomodate for those different limits”

I’m excited to see people building stuff here and the CEO promoting it

Twitter wasn’t very developer friendly even before Elon, but especially after

Nice work @mubashariqbal.com

Yeah I will give it that, it’s exactly like Twitter but better UX all around

Yes good point, this is why I held off on having a company blog for a long time too. Now we have a full-time person doing blog posts and social media so we’re able to keep up with frequent updates.

Woah I didn't realize Threads had added fediverse support that's huge regardless if you like Threads or not

There is a lot of interest and money starting to get behind these ideas, it will be interesting to see where this goes in the next 10 years

❀️ if you remember the time Paul Graham was banned from X

I thought his comment here about it was great

Nothing against it

If I happen to someday be a part of a community where I need deso or crypto I would be glad they exist

I just think they will always exist to serve the fringe parts of society and not the mainstream because centralized will always be a better user experience

By the way - posting this because I want to be argued with

Strong opinions, loosely held

Same with crypto, it's very useful if you're into things that are either illegal or most of society doesn't agree with

For everything else the benefits of centralized control outweigh the risks

Over the last few years I have tried out the other decentralized X alternatives Mastodon, Nostr

Bluesky is the best UX by far of course, but it's still just another centralized network for now

The problem is centralization is actually much better unless you're into some really fringe stuff

Twitter, but it has a butterfly instead of an X and less people use it

Awesome
