Also "give it back" isn't feedback
Fuck off you idiot
Yeah I usually don't feel like watchin a video, I just thought I could use our telepathic link like always
Also I haven't watched ya vid so that might be part of it
I agree with the rest of the thread, it's just this bit that seems to say the opposite bsky.app/profile/ryst...
I guess because that's such a broad interpretation of what it means to interpret feedback as to be meaningless to me. The dev at that point is reacting to the player, not the assertions of the player, which is what the conventional wisdom you're refuting says to do
I mean it doesn't as a refutation of "players don't know what they want"
It clearly doesn't though
blog post about how using ai shit makes you a scab
did a blog post about how i am gradually switching to linux. hashtag bitching hashtag moaning

It's when they imagine they *would* want something, which they have not experienced, and want you to give them that thing, that they are always wrong
It's a case of saying "i want the exact thing i had before" which is not something anyone is saying a player is wrong when they say it
If they had never played WoW classic, and you asked those players what they wanted, they would not describe WoW classic
The reason it's not correct is the conventional wisdom "players don't know what they want" is not in reference to situations as simple as "they had something they wanted and you took it away and now they say they want it". It's "players don't know what they want until after they get it"
don't be fooled by the rocks in my possession, i'm still i'm still clad in rags of hessian
Even better: players complained the Fortnite BR tactical shotgun was too weak, and stats showed it wasn't being used much or getting many kills. They changed the rarity color from green to blue, changed nothing else, and people played more aggressively with it and got more kills. No more complaints
that's so silly dude. that's not an example of that at all
the inability to write a simple sentence like "things are changing fast" without putting a full stop or a dash in there is a symptom of irreversible brain atrophy imo
perhaps memorable for how the same scene was in matrix 3
pretty much the only bit i remember....confirmed
i don't purport to know enough to appraise the "firefly as confederate propaganda" angle but I'll tell ya one thing, it had some fucking rubbish dialogue. "i aim to misbehave". one can only cringe. getting fucked into nonexistence by the broadcaster is the only reason anyone likes that show
[marooned in an obsolete texture projection method] well, this is affine mess we're in
shower thoughts about using ai shit at work like an idiot www.joewintergreen.com/on-automatin...
it's important that you buy this game TODAY. it just is
