sadly he gets nothing with onion and garlic while these are 99% onion and garlic
yah I sprayed the mesh tray and the tops of the patties. I did 8 min at 400F, flipped and did 8 more. in future I’ll see if I can get away without flipping but the tops were def crispier than the bottoms (again, convection oven not an air fryer)
yeah I was happy to hit a good ratio! obviously never quite as delicious as a good deep fry but the texture is 75% there and sooooo much less work
