Iโd like to learn more about maps, PencilKit, AttributedString, and get some UIKit fundamentals under my belt for when I need to dip into that.
So more experimentation, and hopefully shipping my first app before the end of the year!
I just finished Day 101 of the #100DaysOfSwiftUI
It is done!
I have a Supernote Nomad. Use it less for reading than writing tho.
I just finished Day 93 of the #100DaysOfSwiftUI
Been moving slower than I would have liked. But the finish line is just within reach.

I see people saying stuff like "why criticize Substack but give other problematic platforms (like, say, YouTube) a pass?
Which is a fair point.
Thing is, YouTube is a quasi-monopoly for sharable video. Substack wants to have a newsletter monopoly but *isn't there yet*. And it should never happen.

I cannot truly explain how it feels to have previously been a contributing writer to a paper that has now dedicated itself to destroying my community. I want to say it's weird, or scary. But it's more than that. It's radically destabilizing. My past and present selves don't recognize each other.
Iโm on this one right now and itโs putting me through the ringer.
These are BEAUTIFUL!

With WWDC and the One More Thing conferences next week, I am so ready to complete this program and be on my way to shipping something to the App Store.
@twostraws.bsky.social, see you in a few days!
This is so delightful. Thanks for sharing!
Final final finalized. ๐๐
I just finished Day 50 of the #100DaysOfSwiftUI The momentum is real now.
Iโll be down there for @omt-conf.bsky.social, and would love to see something like this happen!
Watching the behind the scenes now. Yes please! Give the people what they need ๐๏ธ๐ฅ
This is my favorite thing about indie devs. They just sit down and make the thing they want to see in the world. And we all reap the benefits. Thanks for sharing this with everyone!

@mikeack.bsky.social, does this interest you?
I appreciate that the gear animates the opposite way when retracting the icon list. Great attention to detail.
@pasisalenius.bsky.social I just found your app Maptrails! Iโve been wanting to make something similar for my iPad and shocked at the dearth of native options. Thanks for making something so beautiful. ๐
Warms my heart knowing that librarians, archivists, and data hoarders alike are joining together in response to the federal data purge.

YouTube playlist for a series with part 10 out of order and part of the video titles truncated on mobile; making it impossible to discern which part is which, without a close eye on the thumbnail.
Wow, this looks so cool! And thank you for compiling everything into a playlist.
I did notice that part 10 was placed out of order in the playlist, and itโs hard to see which part is what on mobile with how the titles are organized.
Canโt wait to give this all a watch when I have the chance.
Instant download. Thanks for making this and sharing it with the world!
