Is the referee lagging?
Is the referee lagging?
Every time Chelsea and Manchester United play each other their brains fall out hahahahaha what is this game
Monaco just an incredible fumble for French football
They can't and won't keep getting away with this
My month spent over the summer binge-watching 34 Marseille games is finally going to feel relevant tonight
Also worth saying that it looks like he's bulked up a bit since last season in muscle
I definitely overlooked Ekitike's dueling when scouting him back in March. I focused too heavily on his lack of bodyweight and ability to get barged out of the way, and missed what he can do to put defenders off - using his arms to keep them away
Did Emery use Guessand off the right yesterday?
Stop that Angel Gomes
Thank you!
Oh there's no question I'm wildcarding, I HATE my team

Both suck.
Cyclists of London, we built you roads, we built you traffic lights, we didn't build you them so you could blaze through red lights. Are you colourblind?

And tbf he probably does have them. But I strongly believe there's a massive discrepancy between Donnas actual consistent shot stopping ability, and his reputation
But if he's the best GK in the world, or one of the best shot stoppers in the world, why are we talking about glaring mistakes?
We don't talk about them with Courtois, for example.
Hahaha I didn't, too long! But thank you!
But can we all stop pretending like he's the ultimate GK who just has one weakness? There was a period of time in 2024 where he was flat-out one of the more unreliable shot-stoppers in Europe's top five leagues.
Am I saying he can't/won't be good for Man City? No. He had a really, really strong end to last season.
Maybe Donnarumma will be mostly flawless in shot-stopping at Man City, but can we please stop framing his signing as, "He's a great shot-stopper, just terrible with his feet".
Arsenal. Atletico Madrid. Newcastle. Dortmund. Liverpool. Last two seasons, go and watch the goals.
Just remembered he's still only 23 πππ
Been watching all of Chelsea's games this season and my word, Caicedo is just phenomenal. Step ahead of everyone else in anticipating loose balls and winning it back. Gonna be HUGE for them

Yeah I despise this style of thumbnail that's prevelant atm. What do the circles mean? That they are footballers? On a football pitch? Closing down? Wow!!!
Eugh
On X, I'm trying to actively apply a filter to my takes. Here though, I'm happy to post more of my general thoughts.
One of those is that Simons to Spurs is probably the biggest superstar they've signed in a decade. He has flaws, but an electric & fun player that I love
I'm going to be posting Spurs analysis and I'm worried I'm gonna get hated. It's not saying they are bad, just way less hyped than most people are on them
Yeah, just the online space! (cannot claim to know much about inner club stuff)
