For me, next year will be the year of spiffe.io. Although we've been relying on it for some time already through our tight integration with Istio. I want to push it a layer down toward the infrastructure (where it belongs). Once you have it in place, multi-cloud discussion becomes so much simpler.

After almost two decades, I'm reevaluating the use of Gmail. Since I moved to Fastmail, you realize that *categorizing* mails, though *rules*, is a lot of work... but it's worth it. (my main reason for the move away from GMail: lack of custom domains, and the rule engine is mediocre).

I used the other place to follow companies and brands that I liked as well. I don't have the impression that they are moving, and I would like to follow some companies like ESA, CERN, NASA, etc... some did move, like @cncf.io, but they're not (very) active.
