Not having the best week so I just upped and began watching SpongeBob from the very start again, and tonight I've drawn him for the first time in several years...
Sometimes I'd rather have OSTs of a handful of sega megadrive games to listen to while doing stuff and I can list some of my go-tos here:
- Gauntlet IV
- Devilish/Bad Omen
- Ys III
- Sword of Vermilion (mostly if you ignore the "church" music)
- Mega Bomberman

I suppose I can report that 2 weeks later the exercises I've been given to tackle tennis elbow are getting slightly easier to do but I'm still having trouble with lifting kettles and 1l cartons first thing in the morning 🙃 this is yet another thing that takes months to recover from
The long waits for council houses were bad even 20 years ago when even supported living flats for disabled people had a bidding system so that was all one reason we took up the private rent in Notts; Aaron couldn't get on council at all. I wish I could help more with good advice about this. 😔
