Set an early alarm on alternate days. Get up early one day, later alarm (or no alarm) next day. If your body loves it, it will still wake up early
I watched The Substance - a masterpiece of enormous intensity. Yes it’s disturbing and disgusting, but the message is deep, layered, and delivered with cinematic perfection. I feel traumatized, changed, and reminded of how transformative a film can be. What a ride. Brace yourself if you watch it.
Sorry :D I do both bullet journal and a regular journal / diary. The latter I just write without a fixed structure
More rarely, I use the Bullet Journal from weekly to monthly. It’s more like a cockpit for projects. The regular journal I write more frequently

I’ve been doing bullet journals for 5 years and honestly as long as you stick to a nice and clean format for the page titles… you can go crazy on the page! It’ll look neat in the end

I've worked in data and BI for years: I do love a good dashboard, especially if powered by my own data. And I think Bluesky Analytics is awesome! @norbertjurga.pl put together a solid product with all the essential features super quickly, and it's only gonna get better. Check it out!

Please don’t 😂 you have a point, you can’t trust someone’s identity just because their handle is .com but for known domains like of big brands it does show legitimacy. Plus I like that my handle is named after my own little space of the web

The normal handle is the .bsky.social which works the same as other platforms.
If you do own a domain - not required - it’s an effective way to verify your identity without paying for blue ticks or do ID verification. You immediately know beyonce.com is the real Beyonce
