Scuttle’s come a long way! Proof that when you design a character they will naturally find their own identity as you draw them.
His original design is a bit cursed compared to how he looks now LOL
I pushed his shapes a bit farther with evil scuttle, which gives him that intense look he has >:)

If you remember last year I held a panel like this to a big success! This iteration is more casual and intended to shine a spotlight on LANS!
