You don’t need another contractor.
You need a system that does the heavy lifting before you even log in.
POV: You’re the one keeping the business afloat—writing the content, tracking leads, updating the site, managing the funnel.
And you’re one Slack ping away from combusting. 👀
Then you land on my account.
Suddenly “automate it” doesn’t feel like an eye-roll.
It feels like freedom.
Using ChatGPT to look up the lore on Reality TV stars 🔥🔥
This might be my new favorite personal use for AI 😈
🔥 Your hook isn’t the problem. Your fear is. 🔥
If you’ve rewritten the first line of your post 14 times and still feel like “something’s off”… it’s probably not your copy.
It’s the spiral…
I opened my Notion Content Command Center today and you know what I saw?

If you're ready to use AI as a brand amplifier rather than a brand diluter: victoriahboyd.com/challenge
Not just how to use AI – but how to train it to honor and amplify your authentic brand voice.
Because your story matters. Your unique perspective matters. And with the right approach, AI can help you share it with more people without sacrificing what makes it special.
They're the ones who've defined their unique approach and are using AI to scale it.
That's exactly what we're focusing on in my 3-Day AI Brand Voice Challenge starting March 10th.
If you know your story, have clarity on your personal brand, and understand your mission deeply, AI becomes an amplifier rather than a diluter.
The entrepreneurs who'll thrive aren't the ones refusing AI OR letting generic AI take over their voice.
When everyone has access to the same AI tools, what sets you apart isn't abandoning technology – it's infusing it with what makes you uniquely YOU.
In an AI world, your story and personal brand are your superpower – and no, you don't have to choose between them and efficiency. 💫
The rise of AI doesn't mean the death of authentic storytelling – it actually makes it MORE valuable.
If you want better results from AI, make it try again at least once
Using AI to help you create content doesn't challenge your authenticity or individuality if you actually train your AI and feed it with good inputs.
I really struggle to see the value of Substack but it feels like everyone is making one (and the FOMO is real for me!)... But why not just use your blog + email list?
NEWS: The Washington Post hemorrhages subscribers, Elon Musk sends another email to employees causing panic, Trump loses in court again, and Iowa stripped gender identity from its civil rights code. Consider subscribing if you can! open.substack.com/pub/aaronpar...
Want to create your own framework? I broke down my exact process in this week's YouTube video:
youtu.be/SWYR7zGvJ_A?...
True expertise isn't about making things complex.
It's about making them crystal clear
Want to know a secret about explaining your expertise?
The most memorable teachers aren't the ones using fancy words or complex theories.
They're the ones who:
Make complex ideas simple
Break down big concepts
Create clear connections
Use everyday language
Build logical progression
✅ A brand voice AI actually understands
✅ An AI trained to sound EXACTLY like you
✅ A system cutting content creation time in half
This challenge is FREE and I want to see you there: victoriahboyd.com/challenge
AI without your guidance is just a highly intelligent parrot repeating what it's seen online.🦜
But what if your AI could nail your tone, your quirks, your personality?

I'm looking for a few folks (like 100 to be exact!) to take my survey!
Free, anonymous (unless you choose to add your name), and takes less than 5 minutes to fill out.
Click, answer, and repost (you'll be my best friend!!!):victoriahboyd.com/survey #artificialintelligence
Hot take: Most AI-generated marketing content is… 🥱 boring as hell. But it doesn’t have to be.
I’m working on something that actually makes AI work for real businesses. Want in? I made a quick survey—tell me your thoughts: victoriahboyd.com/survey
I'm curious - has AI changed how you view your workday? Are you embracing the extra space or feeling pressure to fill it?
Here's my take: The 40-hour workweek was built for a different era.
As AI handles more of our routine tasks, maybe success isn't about time spent – it's about value created.
Instead, I'm learning to:
Use this extra space for strategic thinking
Actually build relationships (not just talk about building them)
Focus on impact over hours logged
Take breaks without the laptop-guilt-spiral
Should I be filling those other 6 hours?
Am I being "lazy" if I don't?
I'm done with that mindset.
