I didn’t realize how great Pilates would be and how helpful it is for strengthening my hypermobile body but I have been converted. Ofc a lot of the exercises have been modified so I don’t hurt myself more but it’s awesome. I love it and my core is so strong now and I don’t trip nearly as much either

OMG whyyy doesnt the EA app want to work for me right now?? And I've tried the troubleshooting suggestions...I am sooo frustrated

I mean the celtics def have their moments of stupidity but imo losing games by a couple of points is manageable… like we didn’t have dwhite or al and we lost by 2 to the 2nd best team in the west idk guys I’m still not ready to freak out yet. I think joe is just trying things with diff lineups
